Our Business Process (how we work)
a customer has an information problem
we listen to the customer and learn all we can about their information and how they want to use it
we help our customer define the problem and how they will know when it is solved
we propose a solution, and refine it with our customer as a creative partner (we keep listening – information matters!)
we (and our partner if necessary) create the solution
together with our customer, we test and refine the solution (we listen some more)
we teach our customer how to use and maintain the solution
we give our customer good ongoing support for the solution (and we never stop listening!)
